Anti-Corruption

The current federal government is run only by elites in American society. Those elites have corrupted the government by instituting several policies, like the Second National Bank, that only benefit the elite class at the cost of an average American citizen. Jackson wants to create a government that will represent the majority of the nation's citizens and do away with corrupt government officials. He plans to implement a Spoils System in order to combat corruption by awarding government roles to supporters. This rotation in office will make the government more attentive to the will of the people.
